Circular dated 12 August 2026 in relation to Proposed Capital Reorganisation and Change in Board Lot Size and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 28 August 2026) (Note 2) (If you have previously requested to receive Corporate Communication(s) in printed form, the printed copy (or copies) is/are enclosed.)
